Cemil Engin Tuluk — Founder & Brand Director
Founder of Türkiye Bilardo Sanayi and the Sapelli brand, Cemil Engin Tuluk combines a professional billiards background with hands-on manufacturing experience. His approximately 25 years in billiards inform decisions on playing geometry, cushion response, materials, serviceability and international customer expectations.
Sapelli collections are developed with design, technical performance and long-term durability considered together. He remains directly involved in assessing custom production requests and establishing quality standards.

Osman Pala
Osman Pala, Sapelli’s business partner and master table craftsman, oversees solid-wood workmanship, chassis and rail construction, joinery, fitting and production checks. The product standards combine Cemil Engin Tuluk’s professional billiards experience with Osman Pala’s workshop craftsmanship.
